Please return items using the original packaging in which they were delivered. If the original packaging is not available, please use another box suitable for safely returning the item. For international returns, please avoid using boxes with food or animal designs, as these may cause customs delays. All branded packing materials (e.g., dust bags, boxes, cases, etc.) originally included with the product must also be returned.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must remain in unused condition with the original security tag attached. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and an 8% restocking fee will apply. Exceptions are made for defective, damaged, or significantly misrepresented products. Certain categories are Final Sale and non-returnable.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected. They are issued via the original payment method in accordance with the customer’s financial institution policies. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. If payment is completed by 9:00 AM (JST), items are shipped within 2 business days. Please note that shipping services are closed on weekends, national holidays, and long holidays.
Domestic (Japan): UPS / Yamato Transport – Free shipping. Global: UPS – Free shipping for Oceania, Europe, Asia, Africa, Canada, and Latin America. All orders ship from our Osaka Head Office. Delivery office stops are not supported.
Tracking numbers are included in the shipment notification email. For address changes or special requests, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Orders are generally packed individually. In some cases, items may be consolidated at our discretion.
Domestic (Japan): No tariffs. United States: Duties/tariffs covered by our company. Other international destinations: Customs duties and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal, resending requires the customer to cover round-trip shipping costs. Additional fees apply for re-delivery.
If a package is lost, we will refund the full order within 2 business days after confirmation. For courier-related damages, we will accept the return and cover shipping costs after confirmation.
